Seb is a SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Lean Kanban Practitioner. Seb coaches product and enterprise leadership teams, including the team behind the world's leading mobile money platform, product leaders in medical devices and in mobile gaming.
Seb has served as Head of Product for live applications on behalf of a global sports franchise, introducing Scrum and Kanban, and successfully launching two major new products driving 70% YoY growth in core product user numbers and revenues. Seb led the introduction of new digital services for HPE, including online self-care for Vodafone and Rolls-Royce. Seb was heavily involved in the Scaled Agile transformation of delivery at Vodafone UK from failing waterfall to award-winning agile (Agile Maturity Assessment Level 4). More recently Seb led the HPE team responsible UK Government Digital Outcomes framework business, spending time on deliveries for MoJ, NHS and others, and winning the first new business for HPE under the framework. Seb specializes in high-performance product development and adoption, with recent consulting engagements including Vodafone's Consumer IoT division, a fast-growing internal start-up.
Seb has deep start-up and PE/VC-backed scale-up experience, as co-founder at Oxford Accelerator (winner of the NACUE Innovation Award 2017), Oxford.AI and others, and as a board advisor or director at Stat Social, PeekYou.com, MapSit, Maple Tech, NodeGear, Buysta, Vauban, Mavra, Yell Design and others. Seb also led product operations for two US-based, VC-backed digital platforms, and coaches and mentor teams several fast PE-backed start-ups, many products of accelerators or incubators.
Seb is the City.AI Ambassador for Oxford, growing the community of AI practitioners in Oxford and beyond. Seb is former Chairman at Bardwell Speakers, Toastmasters International and member of the UK PSA. Seb is a co-organiser, speaker, panelist, judge at multiple industry events including AICON, ForumOxford, Hack@Brookes, Oxford Inspires, Ignite and many more.
